Nice set up
For a beginner set up, this one is pretty nice. I used old cloths and sand bags to fill this. It's overall weight is around 100lbs. I have had it hanging for a couple of weeks now. It takes a good beating and is still in good condition. The seams are all holding up. It appears this bag will last me quite a while. The gloves are nothing special, really beginner quality but do provide some protection while working the bag. Overall a quality product at a good price.

Good for boxing workouts and kicking drills
I use this bag in garage on a pull up stand. It holds up quite well. It took a few large bags of clothing we were going to donate, but decided to use them to fill the punching bag. Old clothes works great as a filler. Especially if you want a softer bag. You can pour sand into the bag if you want something more stiff. Overall the bag holds up well with punches and kicks. It comes with a chain and metal anchor for the wall that a chain hooks up to. This kit also came with a pair of boxing gloves, a focus ball trainer, and some hand wraps. Good value for the money. The bag has a zipper on top for you to open and put more stuffing in. Installation was easy, just clip the bag to the chain and hang from the carabiner. Very simple and versatile.

Add $60 for stuffing /poorly made
I had to buy 3 bags of stuffing $20 each and the bag is so poorly made had to order a set of gloves as well gloves in pack was made of bent cardboard not even close to boxing gloves .So add 60 and buy a better set that’s prestuffed

Decent
The bag itself is not bad, so far no rips or anything. The gloves are terrible they ripped after my second workout. The rest of the accessories are decent.
