Q: Do these come with attachable hardware to connect the 3 panels together?

They do not come with hardware unless purchased separately. I use zip ties to keep them together. The legs attach with screws but depending on how aligned the panel was made, the legs will not be attached 90° sometimes they will be 45° if the screws even ho through due to the thickness of the paint.

Q: what is the weight capacity for a panel?

These panels are very heavy duty. I think the hook would fail before the rack failed. As long as the weight of the item is pulling straight down I think the panel could support 50+ pounds.

Q: These will sit on a shelf for me. How deep are the feet? Or as an alternate to feet, if they are wall-mounted how are they installed?

The feet are a total of 24 inches long and you sit the rack in the middle so the feet extend 12 inches on either side. The racks do not come with instructions for wall mounting. Although the racks are on the heavy side I see no reason why you could not wall mount if you use heavy duty hardware.
