As a parent you would do anything to help your child when they are suffering. What a relief to find an all natural product that actually works to help my daughter sleep.

My daughter tried these and said they tasted good but as for how effective they are i would say they are not a miracle cure for sleep. They do help a bit and definitely help calm down my daughter but it only seemed to be a short term solution.

Did nothing to help promote sleep , don’t bother wasting your money

My 7 year old wasn’t too keen on the taste and these seemed to make no difference on her falling asleep easier or quicker. The main vitamin seems to be a b vitamin, which to me should be given in the morning to help the brain with alertness!

My AuADHD son is usually a nightmare at bedtimes and in the mornings. He struggles to settle to sleep and can often take hours and usually has meltdowns. He goes to bed angry and aggressive and he wakes the same! Since taking these he has settled much better and the anger and aggression has disappeared. We got these 4 days ago and the change is unbelievable. I have my calm and loving boy back. He does not like the taste of these, but he is still taking them.
