I was hoping to avoid a powder so I bought these with night hopes. The cost was right and there is no aftertaste. I've been taking them now for about 3 weeks and have not felt any changes yet in health benefits. They are very easy to swallow. Jury is still out.

A wonderful product that provides the dosage strength that is needed. Im not sure why there are so MANY other mushroom supplements that offer various mushrooms at 1/10 the recommended dosage. Odd. That forces the user to buy their product or others 10x more often. I went right past those less smart brands and chose this one. Very happy with my choice. UPDATE -- AFTER USING FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS, I ENJOY THE INCREASED ENERGY I FEEL AND BETTER SLEEP I AM GETTING. OTHER THAN THAT, IT IS DIFFICULT TO GRASP THE POSITIVE EFFECTS FOR ALL THE OTHER BENEFITS THEY CLAIM. I APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF THIS BRAND. IT ISNT A BUNCH OF FILLER, YOU GET ACTUAL MUSHROOM CONTENT, WHICH IS WHY I AM BUYING THIS.

These are a amazing! Before using these I had a lot of brain fog and perimenopausal symptoms, but now no brain fog and less symptoms. Would recommend over and over again.

After discovering how much more the liquid is bioavailable and effective I won't ever use a mushroom powder again.
