Very Good Product, Value for money noise level is very low, installation service from amazon is very poor. I suggest installation may be taken from Voltas.

I'm still fuming after dealing with the most incompetent customer service team regarding my AC complaint. It's been a month since I reported the issue, and I'm still waiting for a resolution.The AC unit would randomly shut off, leaving me sweating in my own home. I called the customer service number, expecting some level of assistance. What I got was a dismissive, unhelpful representative who seemed more interested in getting me off the phone than solving my problem.At this point, I'm not even expecting a resolution; I just want someone to take responsibility for the incompetence I've experienced. If you value your sanity, stay far, far away from this company's customer service.*UPDATE:* I've since been contacted by a "customer service manager" who promised to "look into" my issue. Let's see if this is just another empty promise...The real issue, however, was the delayed response. It took multiple follow-up calls to get anyone to even acknowledge my issue, let alone start working on a solution. Each time I called, I was given a different estimated timeframe for when someone would contact me or visit my home. These timeframes were consistently not met, leaving me to wonder if anyone was even taking my issue seriously.The delay in identifying the problem was equally frustrating. The initial representative seemed to be guessing at the cause of the issue, and it took multiple interactions with different representatives to even get a clear explanation of what was going on. The lack of clear communication and transparency made it impossible for me to understand what was happening with my issue, and I was left feeling frustrated and helpless.The delayed response and identification of the problem have been a nightmare, and I'm still waiting for a resolution to my issue. The lack of accountability and communication from the customer service team has been appalling, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased the Voltas ,1 Ton 5-Star Inverter Split AC, The cooling is quick it is taking 10 min and consistent, Installation was smooth, and the customer service was responsive. Have to look into performance. Overall, a great investment for comfort and savings.

I purchased this AC a month ago, and it's been running smoothly ever since. The cooling power is more than enough to keep you relaxed during this hot summer. Absolutely love 🤍 the product—definitely worth buying!

Recently purchased Voltas AC.. Installation was smooth and handled by the brand's expert. remote functions are easy to use. Fast Cooling...Suitable for 100-120 Sqft. Room.

Terrible product packaging. Ordered two. One of them was dead on arrival. 30 days for a refund. Took a loss of 5k on the AC. Installation and all. That's a pathetic success rate of 50%.Update: Voltas refused to replace, now I have to pay someone out of pocket to remove AC just that Amazon can come to pick it up in some packaged box. Absolutely horrid experience from both Amazon and Voltas
