Love this cookbook
I bought this cookbook two months ago. We have been trying to eat healthier as a family so this seemed like a great cookbook to try. I have made at least 6 recipes so far and we have really liked them all. They are easy to prepare but they do take more time than the prep time indicated in the recipes. We have enjoyed the variety of vegetables, grains and textures that make each bowl have it's own unique flavor. It's adding new fun and healthy variety to our meal times!

Love this Cookbook
Being on quarantine has provided time to review cooks I have collected such as this one and it has been a wonderful experience. These recipes are simple but pack some serious flavor and are very filling. Serious shopping is required if certain items are not a stable to your grocery list or diet ( Mina Harissa Red Pepper, tamari, bok choy, etc.). So worth the investment; these recipes have renewed my joy for trying new recipes and expanding my taste palate.

How often does one purchase a cookbook that truly inspires and shapes your daily and weekly meal planning! This cookbook is incredible in its format, colorful photos, easy to find and pull together ingredients and flavorful and nutritious recipes! Each recipe is easy to follow and so many can be prepped ahead of time! I love the combination of ingredients that pull together delicious flavor and high quality and nutrient dense meals that energize and fuel the body! Good cookbook--but
The recipes in this book for the most part are good ones--I just don't like it when I purchase a cookbook thinking it will be more like the picture on the front (which looks really good and normal looking ingredients) and it ends up being really weird recipes (with ingredients I don't know where to purchase or even know what they are sometimes) that I won't ever make. So it's good, but just not great or exactly what I thought it would be.

A “must have” for anyone with dietary restrictions but honestly everyone will love these meals!
This is a “must have” cookbook for your library...especially if you have food restrictions. Lindsay does an amazing job of explaining each recipe and the photography is beautiful!I’ve made several recipes from this cookbook and they have all been tasty and turned out well which I attribute to how she breaks down each recipe and makes them easy to follow.This cookbook is for anyone wanting to add more superfoods to their diet, not just for those of us with dietary restrictions!

Delicious, Nutritious & Easy To Replicate
I LOVE looking through cookbooks but don't often use them. This one is a rare find. I have used it on a weekly basis since it's arrived and I love the fast prep times and how beautiful the meal comes together. Most books, you see the gorgeous picture and feel disappointed when yours doesn't look like that. With Lindsay's easy recipes, my finished product really does look just as delicious and beautiful. Feeding my family the best foods for their bodies is important and this helps.

I'm giving this a four star Because I believe in health as healing. These recipes are delicious. I grow all my own food and tried to finagle some of the recipes to match those in the book, leaving things out or adding additional things. Problem being, the recipes in this book will break my bank if I continue. Fresh foods go bad, preservation is nill,spices are expensive. I found myself shopping daily for a bowl. Great ideas tho, thanks, not for the lady on a budget...... Addendum to, now a three star because the recipes were so expensive I barely used the book. Upon return shipping cost 6 bucks. Book all around costly.

A must have cookbook to nourish the body and soul!
Each page inspires you to eat healthy without sacrificing on flavor! Lindsay is a true nutrition specialist, so you know each recipe is designed to fuel and nourish your body. All of her recipes are innovative with a global flair. Not only do you get to try super flavorful and healthy meals, it breaks any food ruts you may have and makes you love being in the kitchen. If you love food and eating healthy, this cookbook is a game changer!

Half the recipes are nice
I find the problem with vegan /veggie cook books are that only a handful of recipes in the books are really nice. The other half, I would not make again. Having said that the recipes that are good are really tasty.
