Where was this book when I was in Nursing School!!
The pharmacology coloring book series appears to be a creative and innovative approach to learning, particularly for those who find traditional study methods monotonous. By incorporating visual patterns and designs, it engages different cognitive processes, which can enhance memory retention and recall. The use of color to create associations with drug information is a technique that leverages visual learning strategies, making the study process more interactive and enjoyable. The fact that the series is written by an ICU nurse adds a layer of practicality and relevance, as the information comes from someone with firsthand experience in medication administration and patient care. Covering the top 120+ drugs, the series seems comprehensive and focused on the most pertinent information needed for the NCLEX exam. Overall, this pharmacology coloring book series could be a valuable resource for nursing students or professionals looking to refresh their knowledge in a more engaging and less stressful way. It’s a unique blend of art and science, potentially transforming the daunting task of pharmacology study into a more approachable and even relaxing activity. Awesome idea and very creative!

Exactly what you need to tackle med studies!
As a pharmacist, I purchased this book out of curiosity to challenge myself and our pharmacy technicians. It is a fun learning tool and very educational. Picture this: waving goodbye to boring study sessions and diving into beautifully illustrated pages instead. Crafted by an ICU nurse, this book covers over 120 drugs you'll face on the NCLEX exam. What's neat is each page isn't just pretty – it's packed with nursing-specific info, making learning a breeze. Plus, it's hands-on, letting you connect colors to drug details. With single-sided pages, no ink bleeds through, and tearing out pages for review is a cinch. And with plenty of space at 8.5 x 11 inches per page, there's room to get creative! I love how it's tailored for nurses, making it feel like a study buddy who knows their stuff. If you're into detailed drug info, vibrant pages, and a bit of creativity, this book could be exactly what you need to tackle med studies!

Fantastic way to learn.
At first I thought this book was going to be colouring in of pharmacological items. What it is, is a page dedicated to each item (such as Lisinopril) and all the relevant data is presented on the page such as Trade Name, Therapeutic Class, Pharmacological Class Indication, Action, Nursing Considerations and a small space for notes. Then all around the fact data is a lovely printed border that you can colour in. This means you can combine work with pleasure. Hopefully learning the facts as you colour. Brilliant idea for those needing to learn Pharmacological facts.

Not Amazon's fault! This book is incorrect!
Hydralazine is an antihypertensive/vasodilator not an anticoagulant/antithrombotic!! This book is incorrect. I highly recommend you do not buy!!
