Shoots very far,leaks at first but is solid after,good gun would recommend

For very small kids, doesn’t shoot far and doesn’t hold much water.
Ok for a 3 year old . Useless for scaring cats. A tiny little spray that travels about 3 paces. Probably ok in swimming pool where you can dip into water to refill.Can anyone recommend one that would do the job, scaring cats, dogs or pigeons without making a loud noise first?
