This is the first stick incense burner that I've ever used that makes no mess. No more stray ashes. No more painstakingly moving the burner over to the garbage bin to tip out the ashes. Your area stays clean and cleaning the incense holder is a breeze. This burner is great for burning sticks completely. The smoke rises and does not get stuck in the glass container. There is a slight learning curve: hold the stick of incense in one hand and light it with something in your other hand; put your source of fire down; with one hand, open the alligator clip while inserting the stick with your other hand. This is my favorite incense burner. It is a great value, looks unique, and keeps all the ashes contained.

Fit regular and no stick incense. Keeps ash contained while allowing for the smoke to rise. It's pretty sturdy, just don't 'bump' into it as it is glass. It's pretty enough to sit in the open, just clean the glass container with a good dish detergent and a baby bottle brush.

My husband and I have always loved to burn incense but never did because of how messy it is. This product eliminates that issue, and a huge plus is that it has a very modern/minimalist design that can sit out as a decoration even when it's not in use. The only gripe I have is that we have to turn the clip to the side slightly because it's not perfectly aligned, which makes the stick touch the glass, which makes it go out. However, this issue wasn't even enough to take away a star because it really is such a cool incense burner. We've had multiple people compliment it and ask where we got it because it is so cute, and it looks more expensive than it is, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend!

Excellent burner if you’re worried about ashes getting everywhere. With this design there is no ash escaping the glass jar. My biggest complaint with 99% of incense burners was the mess. Since this burner holds the sticks upside down they burn faster than usualOnly downside was the holder did not fit into the wooden block well. This was easily fixed by sanding down the end of the metal holder just a bit until it fit snugly into the base

Whoever though of this must have known how annoying the ashes are from incense sticks! Not only does it keep them in the holder, the glass looks elegant and it even comes with a little broom to sweep the ashes out. Very clever design. There is a hole in the wood outside the glass to hold the metal piece which has a clip that then holds the incense upside down. You still get the same effect of smoke that you would with those wooden holders, but without ashes all over the place. Love it! Nice gift for anyone who uses incense.
