I love this book as a child, so I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas

Great movie

A thorough delight for a child of any age. Joyfully read by the narrator who gives each character a personality of his or her own. I think the author would approve completely.

Fun story ,just right for bed time . All the help for images in mind ,little people need . What a great story.

I bought this book as a gift. It’s my adult son’s very favorite childhood book. He was so surprised and excited. I was excited at the fact that the seller had included another book free of charge which happens to be the second book of my favorite childhood book!!!!! Both books are in great condition!

I remember my 3rd grade teacher reading us this book. She would read aloud for around 30 minutes every day, and we couldn't wait to find out what happened next. I recently bought the book for my 12 year old daughter. She had never heard the story (grew up in Jamaica). She loves it as much as I did. Hoping to turn her into a little bookworm.

My granddaughter loves this story probably boosted because her grade school drama dept just did this as a stage production so naturally we had to have the book too! I have never been a fan of this story (still not) but she loves it and has read this book about a dozen times so its all good.

Arrived fast and we'll priced. Vet pleased with this product.

Good service, fast, good book, can't fault, 👍🏼

The book was lovely as all Ronald Dahl books. Though albeit the measurements were probably listed in the advert. I felt the price of the book was too much. As it was tiny. I wanted to just get that story for one person as a gift. Yet wanted it in hardback, so when I saw it I thought it was a little expensive and then completely surprised when it arrived. Too expensive.
