Watermelon flavour tastes amazing! Took me a bit to adjust to the apply flavour but In the end I started to like it. Good value for money and mixes nicely I give it a shake each time before I drink. Nice to have an amino drink without caffeine too. I mix electrolyte powder and creatine into mine for the gym.

Since using, my recovery rate has been improved and injury rate has fallen. Product tastes good, mixes well and helps keep you working out day after day. I find the products really helpful for post workout recovery. Since using the product, I have been able to maintain a good workout plan and seen a reduction in niggling injuries. Amino recovery is a good product I would not be without

I tend to work out at home using a mixture of body weight and weight workouts. I have been on the lookout for a product to take intra workout that is going to boost my performance and this appeared to fit the bill. The taste of it is not bad but I do find it a bit weak and do have to add a little bit more than the recommended to get a decent taste. As far during the workout I don't really notice many benefits but I would definitely say my recovery has improved. As with most supplements it is just 1 piece of the puzzle and their are going to be other things to consider also but this is a step in the right direction.

Love this product. So easy to mix. Tastes great. Never gritty or clumpy. Use for all my workouts and worth the price. Highly recommend.

I gave this a few weeks before writing this review so it isn’t a overnight thing. - I’ve been training for years so I think I should know my stuff and know a good product when I see one and this isn’t for many reasons. Taste is not the best like drinking sweet ass squash, it doesn’t mix or dissolve well as it’s like sugar is always at the bottom of my shaker. - I don’t really feel any effects from it at all. All in all glad I didn’t pay much and sometimes you have to pay abit extra to take care of your body. Won’t buy again invest in a quality product instead of trying to cheap out.

I’ve tried both cloudy lemon and watermelon flavour - both taste great. After some recent health scares I’ve gone from being quite overweight to now week 6 of the insanity program. I use this drink during my workouts and think helps me a a lot with weight loss, (lost about 6 pounds) it’s helping me get leaner along with a protein shake and 100% gives me more energy. I’ve used the pre workout drink from these guys and find it really kicks on the low energy days. If your struggling in your workouts or need an extra edge I highly recommend this product. It’s now part of my routine :)
