These are worth it for sure! They’re refreshing and a delicious fast snack. I enjoyed all the flavors. They are an apple sauce base. And portability is a super plus. Pretty much mess free.

I bought these after I once ended up in the hospital due to low blood pressure from an electrolyte imbalance. Since then I've been much more conscious of this especially where I live it's very hot and humid in the summer. My daughter and I like to have them when we are on the go on a hot day. They are nice little energy boost and easy to keep in a bag or purse. This is an excellent product for anybody who may need a little extra electrolytes, sugar, or a little boost.
