Great pain relever

This has really helped my daughter with her toothache issues. Nothing else was working. It’s expensive but did the job.

Says instant relief. No change when using.

I found this product for me not that great and did not help my sensitivity with my gums or very little maybe for someone else may work very differently.

Very very mild gum numbing that doesn't last and had no impact on my toothache whatsoever.In the UK try Xylocaine instead. (it contains lidocaine) but you can only buy it from a chemist but it is far superior and completely numbs your gums

I was expecting more of a clove oil it’s just a watery spray. Think it had a minimal effect.
