My right shoulder is usually sore after I get up in the mornings and this little unit makes it feel better. My first experience with electrical nerve therapy was at the chiropractor and it really helped my back. Having something similar at home in between visits is great! It is very easy to use. It has 5 modes of pulses, and I really only use 2 to 3 of them. I looked at other units with a lot more modes and not sure I would need that many. I have the unit that is rechargeable and it works well. I charged it up the first day I got it and have used it almost every day for 30 minutes and still has a lot of battery left after 7 days. I’m very happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

I gave it five stars, because it works really well. It's from a company that's been making him for a long time. Now I can't tell you it's better or worse than the other Chinese models which are cheaper, but I wanted to get one that at least had a good instruction set. It has a nice belt clip for wearing it and it has manual knobs which are somehow pretty cool. I'm not sure if this or the one with the naval battery is better, because I don't know how long they last. Now this is an American company, but it is made in China.

This thing is amazing. Feels just as good if not better than the kind used at a chiropractor. The charge holds for a lot of use time and the ease of being able to create and save your own custom patterns is perfect. I would recommend buying some additional electrodes with it and if you’re on the fence, don’t be. Mine has worked flawlessly since initial the initial purchase.

I sometimes have lower back pain and I saw a friend with this and decided to get one too. It helps relieve back pain and my daughter uses it too to relieve her period cramps. I got the larger replacement pads as well to help with the larger areas. I like that it is rechargeable and easy to carry around in the case and has a clip to attach to your clothes

Great portable tens unit for back pain relief. Easy to use, quick to set up and battery life seems to be quite long. I like that there is a little cover over the controls so you don't accidentally turn up the intensity and shock yourself. Quality is nice and it was affordable too. I had lower back pain that was persistent but using this for a few treatments seemed to do the trick. This is one of those things you want to have in your medicine cabinet on hand just in case you need it in the future.
