I was worried that the 21 inches across wouldn't be enough for me to sit comfortably, but I was pleasantly surprised. This purchase turned out to be amazing. It's tall, wide, and incredibly soft. It feels like resting on a luxurious memory foam pillow.Unlike some other options, it's not hard as a rock; it's soft and supportive, making your legs and feet feel like they're sinking into a cloud. I'm really loving the sensation it gives. Plus, the adjustable height feature is fantastic. You can set it to be really tall, a bit tall, normal, or low—there are so many options to customize it to your liking. It's like there are multiple layers of comfort built into this reclined cushion.It arrives all snug in a big vacuum-sealed bag, so you'll have to give it some time to fluff up and get comfy. Right out of the box, it's gonna be flat and not too cozy. Just let it do its thing and expand to its full size naturally. For me, it only took about 5 or 6 hours before it was good to go.Honestly, this product is solid. It's super soft, lightweight, and easy to lug around. The texture? Oh, it's like touching luxury. Plus, the height adjustment is a nice touch, and even us bigger folks with chunky calves can sprawl out comfortably. It's definitely a splurge, but in my book, totally worth it. Seriously worth it.Personally, I deal with swollen and achy ankles and feet due to a health condition, and I can just tell this is gonna be a game changer for me and my legs.

This has been great for post op recovery post knee replacement surgery - even though I’m now 4 months on I still use it every night as needed. I only wish I’d found it earlier on. I had been using a flat pillow after the op which was ok, but no way as nice as this. I felt it was too high when it arrived so I have simply removed the bottom ‘shelf’ and the top cushion and now it’s perfect. Very nice soft outer fabric and well made - even has small handles to pull it towards you which is helpful. It is a tad too expensive, but it has been worth it just to get some much needed comfort.

Recovery from surgery for Achilles tendon rupture. This pillow, while not cheap, has been very helpful. It is quite firm but the little thin pillow is quite soft. I'm 187cm and the set-up feels a suitable length.
