this is magic.. please bring it back fast, raise the price if you have to. Best grilled cheese sandwich i've ever had. cook everything in this. I even add it into my mashed potatoes with some salt, pepper and oinion powder, no need for gravy. I have also dipped saltine crackers directly into it, soo delicious. i've added it into beef stews and soups, i've even added it into beef ramen noodle soup, turning cheap crap into uber gourmet tasting crap. I've experimented a lot with this, it's well worth the price. The Fatworks Japanese A5 is far better than any other beef fat/tallow i've ever had.

I SMOKE ALOT OF CHEAP BRISKET FLATS THAT I BUY IN A SUPERMARKET. I THOUGHT THEY CAME OUT ALRIGHT, REALLY NOTHING TO JUMP FOR ! I INJECTED STORE BOUGHT LIQUIDS. THE FLAVOR WAS OK BUT I WANTED A DIFFERENT TASTE AND FEEL IN MY MOUTH , SO I WENT ON YOUTUBE TO GET SOME DIFFERENT IDEAS, THATS WHEN I LEARNED ABOUT BEEF WAGYU TALLOW. I THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE IT A TRY, AND WOW I'M GLAD I DID! I BOUGHT FATWORKS A5 JAPANESE WAGYU TALLOW, WHICH ISN"T CHEAP, BUT WELL WORTH IT. I MELTED IT DOWN AND ADDED BONE BEEF BROTH THEN I INJECTED INTO A ROOM TEMP BRISKET FLAT, I THEN PUT IT IN MY SMOKER , WHEN IT WAS DONE I LET IT REST FOR 2 HRS . IT'S FUNNY BECAUSE THE TALLOW MADE IT JUICEY AND GOOD. MY WIFE WAS NOT REALLY CRAZEY ABOUT MY BRISKETS UNTILL SHE TRIED THIS ONE ! HEY SHE"S HAPPY,I"M HAPPY ! I WILL CONTINUE TO BUY THIS PRODUCT , BUT HEY FATWORKS HOW ABOUT LOWERING THE PRICE OR SOME DISCOUNTS !

At one time, McDonalds fries were fried in beef tallow just like this. I realize it is expensive but I only use it for certain frying recipes. Makes great hash browns with a bit of butter added. It makes fries similar to what I remember at McDonalds. Make sure and double fry and freeze before your final fry. Use only the freshest Russet potatoes. Works well when cooking beef such as strip steak or even hamburger. A little goes a long way. I have bought this twice and no problems, but again, it is on the expensive side.
