Cover don't come off ...u have to empty it all out to wash cover...which I wouldn't try x
My son loves it...but be prepared as it seems to keep getting bigger...got it at Xmas ,give it a shake every now and then n it's bk to it's huge puffy bag...very heavy n big but would highly recommend...it doesn't loose it's puffyness or shape..

Comfy but fragile?
I’ve only been using this for 3 months and a hidden zipper has come undone. The zipper itself isn’t designed to unzip and it won’t close now as it seems that it’s broken. Will need to sew it up myself.

Really comfy
Arrives in a very small light box and then expands and expands. Was bought for my student daughters room and is apperently very comfy, lots of people have slept over on it. Only reason it is not 5 stars is I ordered a round one and got a square. Which has worked out well but still... once expanded you can really send it back.

Amazing love it , it’s massive aswell ! So comfy … leave a few hours for it to fill to its full potential and after usage plump back up. Kids love it

Zip malfunction
I had no issue with the product initially.I was pleased with it.The sip on the side malfunction ( became loose) and would not close causingthe foam in the bag to spill out.Activated thr return policy ( I would like to replaced this product but I was not given that option) unsure how to return sucha large product?I need guidance around this.I enjoyed the product while it lasted.

Comfy but not as big as described
It fluffs up well and is comfortable to lounge on. Great to create a cozy space. However it is definitely not as big as described. Maybe the fluffy case for it is about the described size but as it's filled the actual floor space size is smaller.Also the zip on mine seems to be broken, it's fine for now but I was thinking of adding filling if it wears out with time so I will see when the time comes. But for cleaning purposes I have put it into a duvet cover so that I can take it off and clean it.
