You've got to love this rice cooker. It is the simplest rice cooker I have ever had, and it makes the best rice of any of the cookers I have had over the years. And in no time flat. I can't recommend it high enough. What more could you ask for than the best rice cooker that is as simple as ABC and perfect texture as well! I am also pleased with the inside of the pot, no more cooking rice in teflon or metal! It seems to have a thin ceramic coating over the metal pan which is healthier than most rice cookers interior. Healthy options are always of high importance to me when I purchase items.

A very good personal rice cooker. It cooks rice evenly and without any problems. The size is perfect for single servings and it's easy to clean. It performs excellently and I would buy it again.

Great for cooking rice or cous cous but I haven’t tried anything else - yet. And it’s pretty easy to clean. But I don’t care what the commercial says about perfect every time, if you don’t occasionally stir it you will have burnt food in the bottom of the pan. Other than that, it’s the perfect size for for me and my husband.

Purchased in July 2025. First usage was Sept 2025. By Oct, the Robot stopped working. Did the troubleshooting. Nothing. A Fuse, really! I stand by my first review. My robot simply shutdown. This was my first impression: Purchase NOW!! Rice ROBOT will not disappoint. Very satisfied. I've steamed blue crab. I've cooked neckbones n rice, macaroni n cheese, shrimp low mein noodles, soup, etc within 3 days after opening the box. What I don't like: there is no on/off switch; the steam drain on the door leaks a mess. I place a folded paper towel to catch the drainage. The next gen needs a piece that drains the liquid back into the container. The cooker defaults to warm for safety reasons. I don't like it but I understand the reasoning. The ladle handle should be longer by 3 to 4 inches for a man and to prevent burns. It has yet to sensor when to cut off when food is ready. My rice was mushy. I shall read the instruction manual one of these days. I love my new kitchen assistant.

I'm so glad I order this rice cooker. It works well, the rice tastes even better than cooking in the stove. I love how small it is. It's worth it. I highly recommended this product!

My rice cooker robot, stopped working and I need to replacement. Please could someone explain how this works? I’m in Shasta College Redding main campus student and live in the dorm.

This mini rice cooker is a minimum serving size, and taking about 40 minutes if cooked 3 cups rices. The usable capacity is only 0.8 liters, and the steaming tray is too shallow to fit vegetables like broccoli. It would be perfect if there were a slightly larger than this size and power, such as 1.2-1.6 liters with 300-400 watts, the product is great design and quality.

Work well. I thing people who dont had good experience probably didn't use the measuring cup. Successful mad one pot recipes multiple times. Just not sure how the cook/keep warm work. Seems to be the weight, so sometime it's better to use a timer. Also worked well with my bluetti 250w station, we are able to cook on the road

A great rice-maker! Makes rice (among other food products) without any mess or fuss. The ONLY downside to this device is that it doesn't have an 'on/off' switch, therefore you have to unplug/plug to use it (odd that they wouldn't have installed this type of switch). Nonetheless a great rice-maker.

It is much smaller than I thought but that was manageable as it cooked the rice very well and didn’t burn. I used it 3 times and then it just stopped working. I couldn’t give it a zero.
