So, I've been dabbling in hydroponics for a while and recently switched to the Lettuce Grow Farmstand from Gardyn. Honestly, it’s been such a relief not to deal with seeds anymore. I never knew if they'll sprout and waiting on them was a pain. Honestly, the pre-grown seedlings from Lettuce Grow are a game-changer!! They arrive looking healthy and get going fast once you plug them into the Farmstand. It’s so much less stressful watching them take off almost immediately. Just had my first Baby lettuce mix&arugula salad last night and it was amazing - so crispy and fresh! On another note: I travel a lot for work so this thing is a lifesaver. I just set it up, make sure the water reservoir is full, and it takes care of everything while I'm away. I’ve come back home to thriving plants without needing someone to come over and water them. Nook is not only is it super easy to maintain, but it also adds a nice bit of green to the room. I love checking on it while I have my morning coffee. It’s efficient, doesn’t waste water, and basically runs itself, which is a huge plus compared to the more hands-on, messy soil setups I’ve tried before. Overall, I’m SO happy with it. If you’re looking to grow your own greens but don’t want the unpredictability or hassle of starting from seeds, the Lettuce Grow Farmstand is definitely worth a shot. It’s made my indoor gardening a lot simpler and way more enjoyable.

I have two of these and they are excellent for their size. For the money, I would recommend you go ahead and buy the big farmstand if you have room for it. My farmstand holds about twice as much as these and does not take up twice the space. Its very functional and easy to take apart and put back together.

You need to get the seedlings after you receive the farm-stand by scanning a QR code. Lettuce Grow is unable to deliver the seedlings to my location, but somehow they managed to delivered the stand. It is very hard to get customer support, so be aware that you may ONLY get the stand WITHOUT the seedlings, but would have to pay full price. Not as described.

Very much obsessed with the Farmstand Nook! Setup was incredibly easy - they have videos showing how to build the farmstand, ph test the water, and setup the light and water timers. It fits perfectly in a little corner of my kitchen where it gets some diffused sunlight during the day, and the LED lights keep everything growing at night. So cool and exciting to see everything grow so fast (nothing really takes longer than 5 weeks), and the app will tell you when things are ready and whether you should harvest the whole thing or cut and let it grow again. It’s definitely an investment to buy the farmstand itself, but with each plant only being ~$3, I think it’s well worth it!

I bought this one month ago. I live in a townhouse so I am unable to have any outdoor garden, but this thing has really made it nice and easy for me. I like that the seedlings are partially grown when they arrive. The only complication I had was trying to fix the ph balance of the water. That took a lot of trial and error. I finally was able to harvest some lettuce for a salad today and it was great. A notable difference in taste and texture compared to store bought lettuce. I might consider buying the bigger unit down the road.

I’m not a gardener—was just tired of throwing away half eaten bags of lettuce. I’m also using way more fresh herbs now than I ever have before—on sandwiches, in cocktails…

I’m liking it so far and do not have a green thumb at all. Being able to clip off a fresh salad for my family is pretty cool and the design is lovely. I put it in a nook in my kitchen/dining area where a plant used to be. Saw a review where someone thought they received a used product but I think the inner tubing just comes looking a bit dirty from the factory cuts. Mine was not used. It’s nice to get going quickly with seedlings. I’ve used a countertop Aerogarden for years for herbs and I love that you don’t have to start from seed with this. Wished I could have gotten a few things I wanted like chives and sweet peas but they were not available for seedling options so I started those from seed in the Aerogarden instead. 4 stars for now as I’m still analyzing the cost for everything but I think it will be great in a Michigan winter. Cool conversation piece as well 🤣

I’ve had my eye on this for a while and it exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved how well this fits in our home, it’s the perfect size for our small space. Also a plus that setting it up was also very easy. The produce tastes amazing, we love being able to hop on over from our kitchen and see our son pick his very own fresh produce for our meals. Highly recommend if you’re debating this purchase.
