Read the nutritional label. Not true Konkac rice.
Product claims to low carb, low calorie count is untrue. Due to its high starch content it has a high calorie and carb count, close to that of real rice. Don't be taken in by the false claims in the headline. Read the nutritional label.

dont buy this product. i received a damage bag and also looks FAKE!

Has more boba/sago texture than rice.
Realizing that this rice alternative have more tapioca content than konjac, I wanted to return it. but Alas! It's not eligible for return. So I decided to open and prepare some. Here is what it looks like. I guess it also does not have same preparation as the actual dry konjac rice. BTW no instructions on the bag aswell.
