Wow. I'm honestly impressed! I've been taking these gummies for a little over a month and I've already noticed a difference in my skin. I look youthful and weirdly, I've been carded a lot lately, and I'm 48 years old. The smell is pleasant and it tastes good. The texture is chewy and good. I feel like the health benefits shine through my beautiful skin!

These gummies are delicious tasting! I previously bought the individual packed vitamins and now trying these. They are jam packed with great healthy ingredients. I feel that it is working for less hair loss and better looking skin and nails. I take 2 a day every day and almost done with the bottle. Improvement noted.

I've been looking for the perfect vitamin since I have been getting older. I have been taking these for six months now and combination with the It Girl detox gummy's. They are both perfect and I feel great! I receive a lot of compliments on my skin. And it helps that they are super delicious.

I love gummie vitamins- I always try to be taking one for my skin/hair and one to help my immune system in my rotation. I love that it’s easier to be consistent about taking them because they taste like a little treat lol. They have a light fruity taste and are a bit more chewy than the other gummies I’ve taken. But What I don’t like about this and the reason I’m knocking off a star- I do feel that the before and after photos they posted are misleading. As someone with severe acne scars, a gummie like this isn’t suddenly going fill those indentations. If you have jowls, you wont suddenly have a snatched jawline after taking these. That kind of stuff typically needs in office treatments like laser and filler etc etc. I’m not saying vitamins can’t improve your skin, just that they don’t to the extreme degree that this brand has posted photos of. Now- I’m going to continue taking these because i like the ingredients and taste- and if suddenly, magically, my acne scars and slightly saggy jaw show noticeable improvement, I will update this review immediately. I’d looove to be wrong lol. But I definitely feel like their pictures are disingenuous. I’d say just remove those because it makes someone like me trust the product less when you claim it makes such a huge difference. That being said, I’m still taking it because I do like the small improvement that you see from gummies like these and they are enjoyable to take. I do think you can see improvement in slightly more hydrated skin or faster growing hair and nails from taking things like these. Fingers crossed that I start noticing some more extreme results hah!

I am legit so impressed with these gummies. They have excellent ingredients. They're soft, and they taste good and they're in little hearts, how cute! I would absolutely repurchase and recommend to friends and family. I really love that they aren't just hair and nail focused but also skin and your well being. Its hard to find something good for you that actually tastes good too. Im obsessed

Not only are they delicious, but they are also effective in improving my skin and overall health. The gummies have a great taste, (like strawberry 🍓)making it easy and enjoyable It’s honestly difficult not to eat more than two! After using these gummies for a few weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my skin's elasticity and hydration. My nails also seem stronger and healthier. I feel more energized. Also, they have such a cute heart-shape! 💓

They have good flavor but are very firm and chewy.
