Seem to work well, as a product 'replacement' as our original tablet supply sadly dried up.

I much prefer to take Marine Collagen as I have researched that it absorbs into the body more efficiently than types of Bovine Collagen.This supplement ticks two boxes for me as the tablets also include some vitamin C, which re portably helps the Collagen to absorb more efficiently and contributes to normal Collagen production by the body.The recommended dose is 3 tablets a day so this is a 40 day supply.The tablets themselves are on the largish size and are a solid, dry, chalky consistency which some people might find difficult to swallow, I never usually have problems taking tablets but I do find these a bit of a challenge and feel they could be much improved if they had some sort of easier to swallow coating on them.I feel confident that this is a good quality product in that it is made in the UK and carries the GMP (Good manufacturing practice) label, it doesn't contain any artificial ingredients and is also NON-GMO and Lactose Free.I have given 4 stars to this supplement which I based on formulation of ingredients and confidence in quality, one star is dropped due to me finding the tablets difficult to swallow.For your confidence in this Vine Voice review, I am under no obligation as to what I can or cannot write and I only ever leave honest and unbiased reviews whether they be good or bad.Thank you for reading this review and I hope you find it helpful.

I've been taking these 120 marine collagen tablets for about 6 weeks now, and the results have been quite impressive. Each tablet is 1500mg, which is a perfect dosage for my needs. I've noticed a slight improvement in the strength and appearance of my hair and nails, and my skin feels more hydrated and supple. The fact that they're manufactured in the UK adds an extra layer of trust and quality assurance for me.The only downside I've experienced is that the tablets are a bit large, making them slightly difficult to swallow. However, the benefits far outweigh this minor inconvenience. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product and would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their beauty routine with a reliable marine collagen supplement.4/5

Tastewise, they don't have one. Smellwise they don't smell individually, but that's not true of them in the bottle. Dosewise, 3 tablets will give you 4500mg of collagen - about half the dose that the current powder form we use provides.To take - these are huge tablets. My wife needed three full mouthfuls of water to persuade the tablet to be on its way, so not the easiest of supplements to take at all and quite off putting for her to take 3 of these in a single 'serving'.The other worry was the packaging. The bottle has clearly been re-labelled and as the pictures show very badly. To me this raises red flags as to the production and sourcing of the pills - are they bulk purchased and re-bottled in the UK or even purchased and simply relabelled. If they let this bottle out the factory, then standards of QA and QC are not good and makes me wonder what else was missed.

We normally take collagen in powder form with fruit juice high in natural sugar so when cutting calories this is a better way to take collagen. Simple and easy. These tablets are too big to take whole so we brake them into two. No taste, no smell. Also they are handy to take on holiday as no mixing like the powder. The dose is quite high as taking 3 tablets at a time so you get the right amount of collagen to do any good. Seem to doing us some good.

I ordered these to help with a niggling pain in my knee, the thought being that they may help with repairing the connective tissue in there.This supplement comes nicely packaged in a white container with a tamper evident seal under the lid.The labelling is clear and well printed in a simple design.The active ingredient, marine sourced collagen, is at 500 mg per capsule which could be challenged as quite low as the best collagen supplements provide over 1000 mg but the suggested serving is 3 capsules per day so that puts it well over 1000 mg RDA and you could possibly get away with just 2 capsules making the pack last a couple more weeks.The capsules aren't to big which makes them easy to swallow and I haven't detected any 'fishy' aftertastes either which is appreciated as I've had fish oil supplements in the past that repeat for several hours.Verdict: Haven't been taking these for long enough to report and positive or negative benefits but I'll update this review if anything negative happens.Price is OK for 40 days of supply but if you drop the dose to 2 capsules per day the 2 months supply makes them pretty good value.
