This is a top rated brand for Magnesium and I have been happy with how I'm feeling. I don't like that the recommended does is three capsules, but they aren't huge so that's not a big downside.

IT WORKS!!

Great product, try it and you'll sleep like a baby
For the first time in 10 year's im actually able to fall asleep quickly and sleep for more than 2 hours a night. If you need help with leg cramps and/or sleeping you need to give this a try. It works!
