One strap of the ring was missing i filed for replacement but till now it is not been replaced.

Nylon straps tooo short
The nylon straps are too short...after assembling it is only 1.5 feet long. and it is highly impossible for kids to use this.In the descriptive video the straps showing sufficient long.Highly disappointed. Return options is also not here.
