Give great comfort and support especially on longer walks. Has taken away the aches that I had previously experienced without the inserts. The price might seem high but the comfort is well worth it.

As a long term sufferer with foot pain, these have been a blessed relief! I was diagnosed with Plantar-Fasciitis in both heels three years ago and as it didn't subside after a few months, and as the injections hadn't worked, I was told it was probably permanent. It seemed I would have to put up with the pain.I have tried many, many so called cures, gels, insoles, pressure socks, and yes, even magnets before, none of them worked. When I saw these advertised on Amazon, I sent for them more in hope than expectation.They arrived the next day, I cut them to size as described and put them into my shoes. In some of the write-ups I'd seen they said it had taken a while for them to work, so I was expecting a slow lead-in to any benefit. For me they started working within half an hour. First, I noticed my toes were not as painful as they usually were, a short while later I realised there was almost no pain in my heels.I almost didn't believe it, these insoles were actually working!!!If you have or know someone who has constant, long term foot pain, the £35 these cost is but a small price to pay for any form of relief.A couple of observations.Although the insoles do ease the pain considerably while standing/walking, the pain does seem to increase when you sit down and take the weight off your feet!! I don't know why, but for me it does.The pain increases when I take the shoes/insoles off! The pain calming effect only seems to work while you are wearing the insoles. Which is fair enough I suppose. No one claimed a complete cure.They worked for me and I will be purchasing more pairs, once I am certain they don't stop working before the twelve months they offer as a "guide" to how long they last. Perfect.Package was a bit damaged and insole had a tiny dip (probably due to the shipping)..but product is good after all.Ps doesn't kill the smell as stated in the description.

After five years the old one has been given the elbow

Next time I will order a small size because size 10 are too big .

My ankles used to be in agony until using these ! Since ordering them I have purchased 2 more pairs would highly recommend using them. Before using these I struggled to walk in a morning as my ankles were so sore now I have no problem in a morning

The way this manufacturer establish his insoles sizes seems to be challenging and not really as precise and accurate as other brands

Great insoles, would recommend to anyone who making lits of steps in daily basis. Worth the price.

I have bought over 15 pairs of green over the years to correct my walking due to a higher arch. Lately I’ve been getting fatigue, ankle, Achilles, knee and back pain. After some research, I wanted to try copper. And wow. Not exaggerating at all here, but the moment I slid my foot on top of the copper. The pain in all mentioned locations stopped. My co worker even commented on how I look more comfortable walking. Hope it lasts!

Years ago, I went to see a podiatrist after suffering terrible foot pain. He prescribed me Superfeet, specifically the copper or blue models depending upon the amount of room in my shoes. I’ve used them ever since, and the pain has been relieved.I particularly like the copper model because of the extra cushioning that takes pressure off my feet. The arch support is very gentle, and the memory foam top layer reduces shock and adds a layer of pillowy softness under my feet. Here you can see them pictured in my trail jogging shoes (I just ran a 4.6 mile hilly trail).Another benefit of the copper Superfeet is that they last a long time. Unlike other brands where the insoles last maybe six months, Superfeet are built to endure years of heavy use. So you may pay more up front but overall they are much cheaper than the ones you have to keep replacing.Overall the Superfeet copper is a superb product worth every penny of its price if you are active but suffer from foot pain related to having flatter feet

Las plantillas son muy cómodas, si bien no reduce mucho el espacio para el pie porque son delgadas, sugiero se usen con medio número más en su talla de zapato. Serán muy útiles para quienes inician o tienen molestias leves; para casos crónicos no creo resuelva el padecimiento; su servidor sufre de metatarsalgia desde hace nueve años, he utilizado infinidad de plantillas y recibido tratamiento con medicamentos, además de infiltraciones y las adquirí para hacer un poco más fácil mi día a día, necesariamente no debo abusar al caminar o estar mucho tiempo de pie. Espero ayuden mis comentarios para tomar una decisión.

Insoles are very comfortable, but sizing is off and runs small. I'm a size 43, so ordered 42-44, but my toe falls off end of insoles in shoe. Product needs to be longer so that it can be cut down to size as advertised.Otherwise great comfort!
