So far this unit is performing well. I may revisit in a couple years to update on its reliability etc.

Motherboard never lit up and getting a part...ya right?!?
This was delivered on June 25th to very hot Arizona with a motherboard that didn't light up after installed. I called on July 9th, after my A/C technician got the runaround and no response, and was assured I would have the part in 2 - 4 days. 8 days later, no part so I call... "I am sorry for the inconvenience, but we haven't shipped it yet. We will expedite it and get it shipped out tomorrow." Are they serious?!? 115 is not an inconvenience!!! Be aware!

Tough install for attic air handler

If you’re looking to save money and you are a mechanically well versed person then this is a great purchase. I had to get a technician to come out once to properly charge the system. Other than that you’ll probably save 6-10 thousand depending on how much help you’ll need to connect it all up. My advice is to watch lots of Seville installation videos before you buy. Also you need to purchase the connector copper between the A/C outside and the furnace inside. Also the wiring for power and the disconnect box outside for shutting off the power for working on the A/C unit.

It is 60000 BTU and is 5 Ton, very sturdy and well made. The installation was fairly easy even in horizontal orientation, I did most of the work myself and then a recommended certified installer finished the job for very good price. The total cost was fraction of any other brand in the market, while the quality seems superior
