Julbo Legacy Glacier Sunglasses for Men & Women w/Removable Leather Side Shields for Hiking, Ski, Snow - 100% UV Protection

This is the third pair of Julbo glasses I now own. They all work great. This pair are the Spectrum 4, so they are fairly dark! My eyes are extremely sensitive to sunlight (after cataract surgery). They work well in bright sunlight and are UV A, B & C. The side shades are nice to prevent light from entering from the sides. They are leather and removable and don't really impede vision much. Great for hiking and driving when in bight sunlight. They are NOT good for evening, or low light areas (BUT that's really not why I got them). Regardly of the style or model, Julbo shades are (IMHO) are the best protection money can buy. As I said these are purpose built for extreme sunlight. Highly recommend checking out all the different styles. They also have photo chromatic versions.

These were recommended by a friend and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. My main reason is the ability to block sunlight on a really sunny day driving when it hits from the side and those odd angles. The leather side straps give ultimate protection and these are so amazing at blocking out the sun rays you really notice it once you are done driving and take them off and are suddenly hit with just how bright it really is. I very highly recommend, I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Comfortable right out of the box

That is a piece of art. I love the vision, I love the way I look. It is very light and it can be an advantage and a drawback. I would not pay 215$ for it that is why I somehow dared to pay 150$ when it had a discount on some prime days. Quality is good. I don't know what else I expect. Just overal design and material and everything could be a little bit heavier or bulkier, like a military or hiking sunglasses, as it is supposed to be with its line, but I don't complain. I am happy I bought it. The fit is decent. A little small but still very good. Just a tiny remark: All my julbo sunglasses had the same fancy black bag but this one has some kind of cloth bag (cover). I am not going to use it for sure and one of my Julbo sunglasses is now homeless because of it.

These are great sunglasses for walking along the beaches in Florida and for boating because they not only protect against the sun's glare but they also protect you from the strong winds that blow. These do a great job of keeping sand and wind out of the eyes.

Finally, a fantastic pair of mountaineering glasses, that look, work, and fit perfectly. There's nothing negative I can say about these. Well... a hardcase would've been a nice addition on, but other than that, they are perfect.
