Excellent sharp boning knife
I brought this as I wanted to learn how to cut up a whole leg of lamb into steaks. It just glided through the cutting process with ease. Very sharp so be careful as I accidentally sliced my finger si be careful. I am going to purchase more of them as they are very sturdy knifes that looks like they will last. I will be purchasing more.

I can shave with this blade
This paring knife is excellent. Very sharp, the blade is perfectly proportioned for culinary business, and the handle is properly sized and ergonomically faultless. It even comes with its own sexy scabbard. But I should mention when I opened the package I was convinced the promised sheath was missing. The knife is very tightly packed, and the sheath is buried within the instruction leaflet. I came close to throwing out the packaging and the sheath. So, when opening be careful.

Dangerous
I used this knife using a proper pinch grip for roughly 5 mins whilst at work. The top is as sharp as the rest. Cut my hand to pieces
