Great chair. Easy smooth stopping even when on a hill. Turns on a dime. Long charge. Only problem is even a small 2” curb or bump can flip you over. Took a nose dive on mine. That said, well worth the money!

My only complaint would be, "Why is BLACK the only available color?" This folds easily, and my husband has no problem putting it in the back seat of our pickup truck.

Delivery was late by 5 days. One of the manual breaks was bent really bad. Amazon was unable to assist but did give me two phone numbers to call the mfg to see if they could provide the part. I will try that. Other than those two things, so far I am satisfied with the purchase.

Initially had problem getting it to work then our son found a second power switch under neath the joy stick as well as the one on the top. Now works great although the joy stick is very sensitive I suggest that you take a moment to practice with the joy stick. My husband is very happy with the chair and it is light enough that I can lift it to place it in the back of our SUV. Due to poor handling by amazon the charger was badly cracked. However, the seller went out of his way to make this right.

This item came on time, was easy to complete assembly and seems to work very well. The instructions to complete assembly were clear and easy to follow. The chair is easy to use.

Battery will not take a charge. Chair is less then 1 year oldCan not get in touch with manufacturer to resolve.

It’s too fast the speed. It wasn’t easy for my husband to put together. I do like it. Have to learn the speed.

This is pretty low quality and looks like it would only last a month or two on an actual wheelchair. Even worse, the straps pictured aren't included so your chair better have some way to clip this on without them.
