This was the second Heybike Range that I ourchased because the first was stolen before I eben used it. Normall items from Amazon are delivered in good condition to my porch, but this one was left in my driveway and the package was damaged. I was too busy to deal with at the time and I should have immediaely semt it back but I decuded to open it and see if there was any serious damage. At first the bike assembled normally buy when I tried to attach the left pedal it would not thread properly. When I looked back at the photograph taken earlier I realized that the pedal assembly was part of the damage I could see. (See the attached photograph). However it is entirely possible that the damage was not caused the seller, and I know of no way to find out how it occured. So I will take responsibility and not return the bike and try to fix it. We are gong to try pipe threader tomorrow. Aside from that the bike works fine and everyone likes the classic style. It was very inexpensive and yet seems to be well made (in China of course). I trust Heybike and will buy from them again. Maybe they have evidence about the sourcce of the damage. Good news is that the classic white thread tape use by plumbers worked great an allowed us to thread the left pedal. Now the bike operates perfectly.

This bike is peeerfect as the young people like to say these days. This is by far the best bang for your buck....just go to the heybike website and compare this heybike to what they sell there. This bike is cheap for the power and build. I cant say enough about customer service. They where awsome!! I bought 2 bikes and one came damaged by shipping. They replaced the part no questons asked. Was at my house within a couple days. I have zero complaints about this bike. I see a few about breaks not working well. Are you using both front and back at the same time? This bike stops on a dime. Or are they adjusted correctly? Loving our heybikes!!

Great bike overall. The only complaint I have is the seat will not lock into place. It always moves alittle no matter what I do; and the handle bars are not adjustable height. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars.

Purchased this bike for my wife. It is a perfect size for her. The bike seems to be very well built. During shipping, the rear rack was significantly damaged where the bolt holes wouldn't align to the frame. This was a major disappointment since the rear light attaches to the rack and is needed to use the bike. I contacted customer support and they shipped a new rear rack within 24-hours. The rack they sent was black to go on a white bike. I was also disappointed in this since my wife wanted all white. I proposed a solution to customer service and they sent a saddle bag at no cost to us to cover the black rack. Great bike and customer service exercised common sense solutions.

Bikes are amazing, super fun to ride, bought as a combo deal, both bikes were not delivered together, we received one bike actually delivered soon then said and then several days later received the second bike, quality is excellent. The value for the money is great, weight of the bikes not super heavy but a smaller person can not lift into a truck by themselves.

Bike works great. Assembled easily in about 2 hours without a book. Minor adjustments over the next few days then over 60 miles since. Plenty of power. About 20-25 miles in real world distance on the battery with a heavy rider. I would highly recommend.

Assembly instructions for the Ranger 2.0 were scarce. The qr link sent me to a slightly different version. Some of the steps were omitted and had to figure them out myself or going to other youtube installation videos. My bike wouldn't fold until I contacted tech support. On this model you'll need to lift up the bracket that lock the pivot bracket. No where in any videos did it illustrate this. They have since rectified this by posting a video that addresses the issue I brought to their attention. Bike is well built and goes fast (28mph as specified). This model did not include a water bottle holder or any front basket. Customer support did a fantastic job of addressing my concerns. A human picked up when I called, and they were also very responsive with email communications.

In a market flooded with choices Please do not make the mistake I made. Stay away from this company. Bike was delivered 3 weeks ago and have yet to ride it. Missing parts, no instructions, makes a horrible noise and absolutely no customer service that I can see. Amazon will leave you hanging and HeyBike will not respond after multiple e mails and phone calls. Do not buy anything from these people.
