Extremely easy to make tea and taste good too. I go to tea when I have bronchial issues. Helps eliminate immediately. I gave some to my coworker who was going into pneumonia and it is now his go-to-tea!

Okay. Real talk. I bought these because I got sick with the Rona. Friends and Family recommended Thyme tea, and this was pretty well rated.I have to say that even with sugar the taste isn't all that pleasant. I'm a tea fan, I have 10 to 15 varieties in my cupboard at any given time, and more me the taste of thyme tea was very close to cardboard.BUTIt was legitimately effective in easing my lung problems while I was sick. After every cup I could feel my lungs expanding a bit more. That's not to say I was downing these one after another like they were magic potions, but I'd have one or two, and after each one, there was a notable difference.

Honestly, I don't drink this for the amazing taste. It tastes very bland in fact, like paper I guess you could say. But I have MS and read somewhere that thyme tea is supposed to help. I don't know that it does really but it's a simple thing to do just in case.

This is herbal tea. It's as expected

I Love this Tea! My energy level has increased already after about two weeks I could tell! First, my neighbor sent me an article and told me about Thyme tea for LUPUS! And then a Sister Friend of mine who has the same autoimmune disease swears by this tea for increased energy! Every since my diagnosis, I’ve suffered with chronic fatigue! And so, this thyme tea has helped me immensely! I drink a cup every day, just the tea - no sweetener or lemon! It’s great by itself! The Buddha Organic tea is Superb and a Great Value!
