Do not but, not effective at all

TBH I had a very bad sleep cycle, I used to sleep around 3 to 4 AM every time, with help of these gummies I had a very sound sleep and got up with more freshness. This is must try and I can vouch for it as an happy consumer of this product.

It induces sleep, yes that's good but it does come with some side effects.I used several other products of melatonin as well, I tried this cz of ashwagandha.The main concerning side effects are Next day Drowsiness. Yes correct the next day is very drowsy, students should stay away from it. Also it gives a light headed sensation for a while.For rest of the people who are not into some mentally demanding task the next day, it works just fine.I guess they should refine this formula a bit more to be in this space.

The gummies taste good and are actually useful. The price is quite valuable, and there are no such side effects . It is not habit forming.

I think 5mg is the perfect grammage for melatonin. I have taken other bigger brands. Works just as well. Does not leave after taste like others. It has a nice minty flavour. Sound sleep after having this. Comes packed like premium dark fantasy biscuits, so individual gummies can be taken for travel as per number of days.

This is a complete waste of money. It does not work and has a bitter taste.
