I do not recommend, bad quality, not sure if needles or the machine, but it doesn't really penetrate the skin well and when it does needles get stuck to frequently. Dr Pen a1 was much better.

Doesn’t do anything
Update I was offered a refund and they didn’t bother to fulfill! Very poor customer service!!I’ve had this done professionally many times I wasn’t expecting professional results but this doesn’t even make my skin red so wasted my money here.

Stylish colour and easy to use.
It came in a lovely black box and has 20 cartridges. It has 6 speeds and looks stylish in rose gold colour. Its easy to use and does not hurt. I had a plastic micro needling roller which is working so I have upgraded to the electronic one. It is rechargeable so you won't get wires in the way whilst using it.
