Inner child work.
Been reading up on healing myself and my inner child for a while now and I came across this book, it has 7 steps to healing which I will be attempting to do in my life it also has 10 journaling prompts at the end of each chapter to help you write about your healing journey, I’d recommend buying a copy if this is what you are looking for.
