Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Shower Gel For Women10 fl oz (Golden Eclipse)

BBW Cucumber melon was my go-to, signature scent in the late 90s/early 2000s. I used the body wash, shampoo, lotions, body spray... anything I could get my hands on that was infused with the refreshing, clean scent of cool cucumber cradled in the arms of sweet, juicy, ripe melon. It's such a timeless, classic scent, and I had no idea they'd brought it back until I took a chance and searched for it here on Amazon. I can't say I've ever been quite as excited to buy body wash before, and I practically stalked my mail delivery driver through the USPS informed delivery app on the day of its arrival. My ever-so-patient, loving partner of twelve years found himself amused and slightly baffled as I danced through the living room huffing a brand-new, just opened my bottle of Cucumber Melon body wash like it was nitrous oxide, singing "Fly Away" by Lenny Kravitz as my brain was instantly teleported back to 1998. To the shower I went, transitioning from Kravitz to the Goo Goo Dolls as I stepped under the water, grabbed my trusty nylon shower pouf that needs to be replaced, tipped the bottle of body wash upside down, and squeezed a nice, healthy stream of beautiful, thick, peridot green cleansing goodness. It didn't take much, just one good, 2 second squeeze to get what I consider the perfect amount of body wash on the pouf, which made me glad to see that it wasn't watery, meaning it should last quite a bit longer than cheaper washes before I need a new bottle. The lather was great, as it was nice, thick, fluffy and creamy lather with only a few large bubbles rather than thin and weak in the lathering department, with many small, tiny bubbles that wash away quickly rather than cling and slide down the skin to tickle your legs and ankles before finally succumbing to gravity's pull. No, seriously, A+ lather, for real. The scent in the warmth of the shower was even better than the cold throw inside of the bottle, as the heat of the shower amped up both the sweetness factor of the melon notes and the clean element of the cucumber. It really took me back, and made me feel happy in my soul. I've never had a body wash do that before (or that made me sing "I Don't Wanna Miss A Thing" in the shower), so due to that factor alone have to say this is the best body wash I've ever used. If you're a member of Generation X, you need to smell this. You need to smell *like* this. One whiff, and you'll feel like it's the turn of the century again. And if you're a millennial, or a member of Gen Y or Gen Z, get this for your GenX parent or grandparent. Trust me, she'll *love* it.

Love this light scent. I always use Bath and Body Works products. i get good deals on this site. I will buy more from Amazon. I save money although I don't have as much variety.

I love the secret

I adore the scent of jasmine. I grew up with 2 huge jasmine bushes beneath my bedroom window and I learned to associate the jasmine scent to comfort. However, every time I find a body wash that is jasmine ONLY and not mixed with another scent, they stop making it or it becomes too expensive. Bath & Body Works is more expensive than I am used to paying, but I decided to give it a try. I love the scent, but my husband's nose is sensitive to strong smells. This means that I can only use this product if I am not going to be around him for at least a few hours.
