Has been a very nice shop addition
I bought this to paint baseboards and work in my shop. It does very nice for that purpose. I have had it 5 years and it is still going strong.

Well made and priced right.
We bought this for my wife’s brother who runs a heavy equipment garage and is constantly needed to do work at knee height. This stool is well made, and very easy to put the wheels on right out of the box which was the only assembly required and came with the bolts, nuts, washers, and wrenches to complete. The wheels are large and made of a softer compound like an inline skate so they roll very easily over uneven surfaces. Two of the wheels on one side have a brake to help keep the stool from rolling if needed. There is a small removable plastic shelf under the seat on each side which work fine I’m sure but not something you would most likely put tools in long term.I’m thinking of buying another one of these stools to have in my own garage.

The wheels make all the difference.
As other reviewers have stated, the large, rubber wheels make all the difference. It absolutely glides over a smooth garage floor and moves easily over asphalt. Assembly was a snap. Just four bolts to secure the two metal frames/bars with the wheels already installed to the body of the seat and stool. It's lighter than I expected because the red frame and black seat of the stool is plastic. The only metal pieces are the two bars to which the wheels are attached. After assembling it, I had some concerns about its height. It's shorter than other mechanic's seats I've used. However, after using it several times to repair and install some things on my motorcycle, I'm thrilled with the height of the stool. Now, it's making me wonder why those other seats I've used in the past are taller than this. The removable parts trays are handy. I like being able to remove them from the seat so the parts aren't always traveling with me when I move around. I've yet to use the drawer in the center, though. I'm guessing that's more for someone who's going to be using this for the same task multiple times and can keep essentials they use regularly, handy. All in all, I'm happy with the seat/stool, but I was a little disappointed to see that this $100.00 stool was, essentially, all plastic as I was taking it out of the box to assemble it. This puts it, in my opinion, in the "a bit pricy" category. I'm not upset I bought it, but I'd feel better about it if I had paid $50.00 or $60.00 rather than $100.00.

Great stool
Great height for low work. Like the locking wheels. Rolls well on concrete and good drawers.

I love this thing!
I replace a round padded rolling stool that had a round tray with this creeper seat. Even though it's unpadded it's still comfortable. The round padded seat on the old rolling stool wasn't that thick and ended up feeling hard anyway. I took the advice from another review and got an inexpensive kneeling pad if I need padding, haven't need it yet. The trays are a bit too small for most tools I use but the 4 cup holders fit cans of Gumout, Brake cleaner spray cans, and brake fluid also...handy. the deeper center bin pulls out and is great to throw bolts and screws into when I remove them. The wheels roll quiet and super smooth, unlike the 2" wheels on the old rolling stool that wouldn't roll very well and were noisy. The square tube frame is stout and makes this creeper seat easily worth the extra $$. Beware though, it can roll away from your work if you don't use the brakes.

Makes the job easier
Update: Still working fine after 5 years. Have not been using it often but it's held up fine. Price isnow showing less than the hundred I paid for it.I bought this recently for a big job. I have to put in hundreds of 5/8" anchors. It takes about 5 minutes per anchor and that adds up to pain when hunched over or kneeling when drilling and driving that many anchors. So far I like the seat, the wheels, and the tray: the wide seat means you can shift position without moving the stool (not a wide guy), the wheels move well but will not cross any obstacle while sitting on the stool (physics), and the tray is big enough to carry lots of hardware (30 5/8" anchors). Portability: I placed this stool straddling over 2 tool cases and still had room to close the trunk of a civic. This is the very first test of this product so my review may change.
