Very strong and robust
With a job that involves extensive use of paperwork and lever arch files, and a 3:2 hybrid working pattern crates are essential so when the opportunity to order this collapsible crate came up I jumped on it.Measuring 55cm x 25cm x 40cm and with a 49l capacity this crate is more than big enough to cart around several lever arch files, some note pads, stationery, calculator, hole punch, laptop peripherals and other bits and pieces. This crate is constructed from thick plastic that feels tough, durable and robust. Once the crate is fully assembled it is strong, sturdy and retains its shape. My cargo, as above, often ends up weighing quite a few kilos and this crate is more than adequate to deal with it. Overall, I am impressed with the build quality of this crate and its payload. At £49.00 (at the time of review) this is not a cheap collapsible crate and there are several cheaper alternatives out there and I have bought several of them. In my experience the cheaper collapsible crates are made using thinner plastic that is not as robust or strong The cheaper, and inferior, collapsible crates are okay for light weight cargo but once you use them for anything with a tiny bit of weight they end up breaking. With its large capacity, superior build quality and versatility this collapsible crate is highly recommended. It may be one of the more expensive options but it is a tough product that will last a long time and is, therefore, great value for money.Disclaimer: I am privileged enough to be part of the Amazon Vine program and as such I have the opportunity request products that I would find useful/potentially buy to road test in exchange for an honest review. Too expensive
At time of review this product was priced at £59, while there is absolutely nothing wrong with the product the price is outrageous. Came well boxed, sealed in plastic bag, arrived in perfect condition. Simplicity itself to use, simply lift up the ends with the handle holes then allow the blue sides to fall naturally, slight push locking them into place. Simply reverse to collapse the unit. Having used these before I appreciate this is of a higher quality then most, the folding mechanism is very smooth and does not catch and the plastic is well molded with no sharp edges. Solid as well, hold a surprisingly large amount of weight, even kitty approved which is always the sign of a good box :) Really have no problem with the product itself so if in months to come the price is significantly less consider this a five star review. But £59 for just one, I'd be expecting two and change.

Excellent Quality Storage Crate
The storage crate is well designed and manufactured using good quality plastic, it feels sturdy once assembled and the blue sides securely snap into place, the wall sections are thick and not hollow like other plastic crates we have around the home that tend to damage within a year, I feel like this crate will last a very long time.On the underside and on the top of the crate there are pins and holes that align with other crates when they are placed on top.The crate measures roughly 550mm x 250mm x 400mm when built.Overall, a well made and sturdy crate that can be stacked, many uses for this, this would have been five stars if only the price was lower, this is currently selling for £49.99 and I think that is too expensive for this, if they were around £20 I would probably purchase a few more, strongest collapsable crate I have used, thank you.

Very Sturdy but expensive
This is a very sturdy storage crate and a good size too! Unlike similar items which are flimsy, made of cheap plastic and collapse easily, this one is very robust and will not collapse from the weight of the items that you store in it. I could give it 5 stars if it is only about product design and quality, however, you do get what you pay for and in this case the asking price is just under £50 which I personally will not spend. There are similar products available which are cheaper but you might not get the same quality.

high quality.... good value will last years if looked after correctly
49L Plastic Collapsible Storage Crate is a very handy source of storage. It is a premium product and one I would happily recommend. This is a more expensive product compared to other crates made with the same design and function but the fact that the quality and workmanship are clear from the moment you remove it from the packaging. It will be used for storing small items in the shed though it could be used in the car boot for shopping or for other ways of holding products in a safe environment. It is so easily set up and it is strong and can be kept clean easily.A quality item which is premium and therefore sold at a premium price, I consider it to be a storage item which will last for years to come if looked after properly, therefore you will get your money's worth in usage in the coming years.Happy to recommend.

Strong crate
This collapsible crate is well made. It's fairly heavy but that's because it's made of tough plastic rather than cheap thin plastic. It's very sturdy once you pop it up.At the time of writing this review, the price is a massive £59, which is terrible value for money and maybe they've got the price wrong? But despite it being a very good crate, I've only rated it 3 stars because of the value for money issue.
