Is this suitable to go in the middle of Two mattress to make feel better the one on top? It’s very soft and giving strong back pain.

I would so not won't b bigger enough it's in 2 pieces. Would bend in the middle.. I would say use a door it's one piece.

The boards are about quarter of an inch thick and quite solid. Did the job for us!

Is this suitable to go on top a mattress but under a memory foam topper.

I'm not sure that would work. They really need to go on the bed base underneath the mattress. That's how I've got mine and it works really well. It's made a huge difference.
