Japanese Sushi Deba Knife for Left Handed German steel (180mm)

Wow!!what a day. Busy day at my restaurant so decided to buy this deba left handed knife, so busy not enough time to cut 2 whole Salmon, it cut thru the bones like butter. Finish my 2 salmon in less than 10 min. Will post pics or video next time I cut a salmon, really amazing knife for the price and has an amazing way to it. Love it !!!!!!!

Upon receiving the item I noticed right away that the knife didn’t have the makings on the blade, on the picture it shows that the blade is marked and it say where it was made. I automatically returned the item because there’s no telling if this knife is fake or defective or the company has leftover knifes that they are trying to get rid of. So be careful when buying from this company, inspect the product before using it.

This knife has a good blade. Very sharp. If you fillet relatively big fish like salmon and tuna, I think it would be a good one for you. I only returned it because I am not a professional and this knife was little too big and heavy for my needs.

First of all, I bought it because the description clearly says it's for left handed people but I got a right handed knife. There is no stamping on the blade. It's also very heavy.

This knife is really nice. Which it should be for the price. Its very heavy and sharp. Easy to handle. I had several knife people try to tell me that there are no 'left handed' knives. They were lying to me to sell their lame knives. Don't fall for it. There is a difference! This is a fabulous gift for the left handed friend in your life.

My wife absolutely loves her new knife! It fits her hand perfectly, and her knife skills are getting getting better daily.
