The best patio clock I've ever owned. Very distinctive and attractive, especially at night when it lights up. Set it to sync to the Atomic Clock in Boulder Colorado and forget it. It sets itself and changes automatically for Daylight Savings if you want it to. It uses AA (for the clock mechanism) and D batteries for the night lights and radio receiver for the Atomic Clock. The entire face does not light but 4 accent lights on each quarter of the clock projects a small amount of light at 12-3-6-and 9 across the face. It's subtle buy attractive.Like many large faced patio clocks, it comes with a hygrometer for humidity and thermometer. No second sweep hand.I highly recommend this clock.

Large, looks great, works like a gem

Great clock. Looks good in its location. I have it outside. Love not having to adjust the clock for changes between standard and daylight time.

The clock arrived well packaged. After installing the AA battery, the clock's hands moved to the 12 o'clock position and a few minutes later began to sync with our local time without any manual adjustment. So far the clock's time seems to be generally accurate. However, the temperature and humidity levels are inaccurate even after I manually adjusted each individually from the back of the clock. That is why I deducted a star. It's a large and attractive clock that lights up in the dark after installing 4 D batteries.

We absolutely love this clock. Of course the timekeeping accuracy is perfect but it looks stunning when lit up at night. It really adds a nice touch to the living room. We got the smaller version but now wished we'd bought the bigger one! But that's our fault.You won't be disappointed in this clock. Really a nice piece.***UPDATE: Feb 10, 2025***We liked the 18" version so much we bought the 24" as well. Works just as well and looks even better in the living room than the smaller one. The small one is now in the master bedroom.If you have the space, I'd recommend the larger version.

READ THE REVIEWS! Worked for about a day, then I guess the old adage is true, a broken clock is right twice a day.Clock looks nice, but it must be reading the Chinese atomic clock because I can't get it to read NY time. It's 3:52 PM and the clock is showing 12:13. I checked the Time Zone and confirmed it was on Eastern but what does it matter, even if it was the right hour, it would be showing 3:15.I'm replacing it but the company came back quickly with suggestions on how to fix it but I don't think I should have to take apart a brand new purchase to get it to work right. I will update with the next one to see if it is any better.

This is a great clock. Works great and you can see it outside at night.
