Alarm works perfectly. It is used from house annex to main house.Good clear sound. Also really easy to install(just plug it in.Very good value for money.

This was just what I needed when my husband was ill. It meant that I could leave him in bed and get on with things elsewhere with the comfort of knowing that he could call me if he needed me.

This item ,when the alarm is pressed cannot be ignored .It is easy to set up and did it's job many times . If you have someone who is bed bound or unwell ,invest in one .It could be a life changer .many thanks.

We bought this when caring for an elderly relative who was bed bound. Plugged the receiver into a socket in the kitchen and she kept the call button. When pressed it chimes like a doorbell and can be set really loud. Allowed us to move around house and could easily be summoned when needed. Massive help.

Very easy to setup and use - very much value for money, easy to adjust volume and the sound is very good- highly recommend for anyone who needs help quickly

This product is relatively inexpensive and gives a lot of peace of mind to our parents. Several times the FIL has fallen or been left immobilised as he's over 80 and quite frail. He's sometimes been left on the floor unable to get up for hours, causing a lot of distress. With this device, my MIL has the peace of mind that he can carry the transmitter (when he remembers to!!! that's his fault, not the product though). The socket mounted ringer means it'll never run out of battery and sits neatly in a standard plug socket. They mounted the ringer in the main hallway, central to the property, and the transmitter works all around the house, and even in the garden (where the FIL has fallen once and been stranded). So the range is great, but also the actual sounds are good too... they are configurable and very loud. They are also quite persistent, and it's possible to hear them even with a TV on, and when in another room. Overall, a great product that's really well made, and very much recommended by us.

I've set two of these up for my elderly neighbour so that if she has a coughing fit, she can press the button to ring the devices. I sync'd both the buttons up to both of the ringers, so one button (either) rings both ringers. I have one ringer upstairs and the other downstairs. We live in old terraced houses so the walls are thick, very thick! Even with several walls in the way, these still work when pressed and both devices ring! Very impressive I must say. I've bought pricier equipment that failed the mission. These are great. Rob :)

A great idea product but disappointing as did not work unless near the router. My dad had a fall in the conservatory and was too far way from the router to work. Sent back and refund promptly made.
