very nice bike but as I am 5'2" I find it to be a bit tall for me. This might end up being my husbands bike. Over all it's very nice. Husband likes it. I find it doesn't adjust for a shorter person. I'm also new with the ebike. I think this goes a bit fast on the lowest setting. So overall it's to tall and to fast for a short person.

So I took my first long ride on the bike today. I want to make clear that I am not unhappy, because I believe I got what I paid for, and I wanted the first one I tried to be cheap.The three complaints I have areThe saddlebags are so close to the pedals your foot hits them every rotation.The second and much bigger is the battery life. This bike claims 55 mile range.I rode today for exactly 11 miles. I also pedaled more than half of that distance and the battery was down to one bar at the end of the ride.I expected the estimates to be optimistic, but to claim 55mile range and barely get 15, when actually pedaling most of the way, is not an honest representation of what you are buying.Lastly, if you are over 5’8. The bike is probably not for you. I am almost 6’ and the seat will not go high enough for me to be comfortable.Good luck!

I bought 2 bikes, the pedal assist sensor went out on one in less than 4 months. We contacted heybike, they wanted pictures of the bike, serial numbers and a copy of the invoice. We provided all of that and they proceeded to tell us we didn't provide the info, and they had no intention of providing any warranty. Anyway they will not send us a $12 part, that they probably pay $4 for. We paid them $2300 and they won't make good on $12. Absolutely unacceptable. We are painting our bikes to remove their name. Anyone who asks us about ebikes will get a "run from this company."
