Hi, I rarely write reviews but as much as this stuff is hyped up I didnt notice anything different after a month. Now stuff like NMN and many other products I noticed something but this one I didnt notice anything. Also, a few of the pills were destroyed so when you tilt the bottle a bunch of junk came out. That’s pretty rare to see in vitamins. Going to try another brand to see if this stuff actually works.

No after taste at all, which is really nice. You know sometimes those herbal supplements have like a dirt after taste. Not these!They aren’t too big either, about the length of your thumb nail, but very thin.I haven’t been taking them long enough to comment 100% on their efficacy, but I haven’t noticed any adverse side effects, and that’s almost just as important

I’ve been using these pills to help me with everyday life and the gym. Over the past couple weeks, I’ve already seen an improvement with my workouts and everyday life. Definitely recommend
