Eww eww eww I have to force myself to take these and then some days I don't because I just can't force myself enough. These are the worst things I've ever had I feel like I'm eating a bale of hay or something they're just nasty and they stink I can't do it if the time and expired to send them back they be gone but put them in the cabinet after two times it's a nope not for me today.

It's a great added supplement. I don't think I could drink cranberry or eat cranberries every day. Much easier taking this pill each day.
