This is a great device, chops and mixes easily for many different products. Great for lettuce, hamburger chopping for salads and spaghetti etc. comes as two which makes it a great value.

Nice quality but not very sharp.

They are very good helpful utensils to have. My dough was very sticky and it helped me knead to a perfect consistency by scraping the counter flour.

I was trained use a scraper to clear my cutting board, but they're not always easy to find. Some cooks use the edge or back of their chef's knife, but this can dull the edge with repetition. So happy to find professional-quality scrapers at a reasonable price!

It is my first, better late than never, time baking and I got these. They are wonderful and cut the dough well. It is nice that it came as a set. So far I only need one but it is nice to have an extra just in case. It's nice to have the measurements listed and I love the little notes on the cutter.
