Great bands for price and they provode a quick workout if needed practically anyone. I double uo for more weight.

I’ve been using Therabands routinely for well over a year and decided to buy the silver and gold bands. A very safe way to exercise. This particular set will provide the highest tension.

The original gold Theraband I had for years broke, and I replaced it with this product. - two bands, with loops for inserting feet and hands. The bands are of the same excellent quality in terms of resistance and elasticity. They come with instructions for both upper and lower body exercises. But these bands are narrower than the one I had before, limiting some of the core exercises. Not a big problem, though.
