First off the packaging was great and the product was well protected. Assembly was not hard. One suggestion make sure don’t attach the seat cushions before securing all adjustment parts otherwise you will have to remove it to access some of the bolts. The instructions are frustrating with small print and sooo many parts shown which can be confusing. If you are mechanically inclined as I am this is one you can jump into as the parts are easy to figure out where they go. I did follow the instructions which suggests not tightening the hardware until all are in place. Enough of that. The product is not industrial/ gym quality but I didn’t expect that for the price. It is however a well built machine and it is silent during operation. My first tour today was 10 miles, it was smooth and a decent workout. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a piece of home equipment without breaking the bank. Maintain it and treat it well and I think it will hold up well.

I was impressed that the seller took great care to make sure the machine would arrive in good shape even with rough transit. Upon arrival, the large package had some tears and punctures on the outside of the box, but the unit was packed so securely on the inside with styrofoam blocks and lots of taping so there was no damage to the actual parts or the main unit. There is quite a bit of assembly involved, but the assembly instruction booklet was very clear. The smaller parts come in a vacume sealed pallet with each bolt, washer, and nut clearly labeled with numbers that correspond to the instructions. The only thing that comes assembled is the main wheel unit - it is up to you to put the floor stabilizers, the handlebar axle and bars, the pedal connection bars and tubes, the pedals, the center post, the handlebars, and the seat assembly together all yourself. I methodically followed the directions, took my time to make sure each step was correct, and it took me about three hours to put it together. It works great and for the price seems to be a good enough unit. It is a little "wobbly" in that I would be wary about really standing up on the thing and going for it, as it seems like a heavier person might make it tip to the side in that case, but for a cautious beginner like me it is a super machine. I love that the display is simple as well, you can see how far you've gone, how many minutes you have been exercising, how many calories you have burned, your pulse rate, and your speed. Display is super easy to use, not confusing at all. Overall, I give this exercise bike a big thumbs up!

All aspects of this machine work well--one thing I'm realising I'm loving is that, when I get tired of one type of 'training' (like elliptical), I'm not stopping because I can easily switch to a different training (like recumbent bike) and work other muscle groups. So I'm sticking it out longer because of it. And in terms of assembly, the main portion is assembled; and the rest my 11yo (girl, because some people feel girls are less capable, so yes--we're two [less capable? weak? whatever] females that managed to put this together. So, because gender [sadly] seems to matter in assembly matters--I'm going to go ahead and qualify that). The tools we needed came with it and everything, everything fit together well, it runs smoothly and quietly, and it feels and looks like a quality product. I asked my kiddo if she felt she could 'make' something like this for the price--and we both agreed they should charge more for it.

When I received this package I immediately was impressed by how well it was packaged. It weighs about 80 lbs or so, so you might need some help lifting it. After I opened this package, I immediately became overwhelmed with how many pieces were in it! I was actually upset that it was never going to be put together correctly. I will tell you that the pieces were clearly labeled. It did say something about having to measure things but I didn't have to do any of that. It had instructions that were easy to follow. There was only one diagram at the last step that wasn't there but it was easy to figure out what to do. Between my husband and myself, we put it together throughout the day as we work from home and it took us all together about 2 hours or so. It does take some time but it really was pretty easy. I've been working out on this since we received it and I like it. I'm 5'4 and I can reach the pedals pretty easily as the seat is adjustable. My husband is 5'9 and he doesn't have a problem with it either. It's super quiet with a creak here and there. It could be more sturdy as your using the elliptical part because it does shake a little back and forth but it's not bad and I still get a good workout. Honestly, I'm glad I bought this and would recommend this to others.

It works ok, came with a machined wrong bolt whose threads wouldn’t line up. Contacted for support and no new bolt was ever sent. It wasn’t crucial for the foot pedal so we used it as is. Very hard to start pedaling as it seems to freeze tight, but once it’s moving, it’s smooth and decent.

I am 5' 4" and weigh 135lbs. This elliptical is perfect for my size. It's not too big for me or too small, but I could never see my 6ft, 200lb boyfriend using it. If you're obese, like over 250lb, I think it would be too small. Or if you're over 5' 8", you'd be too tall. Now this is just guessing for comfort. It took me just under 2 hours to put this together by MYSELF, so if you have help it'll be much faster. I'm very excited about this elliptical, it's very sturdy, and well built. It doesn't need to be plugged in, so you can put it anywhere. It's compact enough to not need much room, and the best part is it has a spot for your phone to watch shows.

Although the delivered goods were damaged and unusable, the customer service worked hard for a month to help me solve the problem. Things ended up being difficult to resolve. In this situation, they promised to return my full fee. Their sincerity touched me and I appreciate all their efforts!
