I am writing this review because when I first started looking at this product I felt like all of the reviews were either "this is magic!" or "this didn't do anything". So here's my experience: it's not a magic pill. I didn't lose 20 pounds. I haven't magically transformed back into my younger self with a better attitude and increased energy levels. That said, I will continue to use this product. I haven't lost any significant weight, but I have a noticeable reduction in swelling and bloating around my abdomen. Even my husband (very carefully) commented on it. My mood has leveled out a good bit and I am sleeping better. Basically, it really seems to be helping me slowly crawl out of that 2-year post baby funk. It's expensive as **** for a bottle of pills and I wish I could take one instead of 3, but I'm going to stick with it.

Update 5/12/25, I am on my second bottle and am still happy with the results, the big two improvements for me where the relief on my period symptoms (see below) and energy levels. I am personally very satisfied and will continue to take them. I hope this helps someone... I have been taking these pills for 3 weeks, and here is how they have helped me. 1. I do use the bathroom more often (#2) 2. I actually have the drive to get up and leave the house after getting home from work, the couch doesn't own me as much anymore. 3. My period cramps aren't as bad, nearly gone really. 4. I am a heavy bleeder for the first couple days, I have noticed that the bleeding is not as heavy. I usually need to wear a mattress type pad because of the clots and amount of blood. There's huge difference. 5. I don't really get many hot flashes so I cannot speak on that. 6. I don't notice any extra weight loss, but I do work out consistently 3 days a week so there's that. 7. Mood, still the same. I hope this helps someone.....

When searching for a hormone-balancing, menopause weight gain supplement, this product is described as, "Happy Mammoth EstroControl Natural Estrogen Balance Support for Women. Relief for PMS, Irritability, Hormonal Weight Gain, Cravings, Metabolism, Irregular Periods, Healthy Energy." Upon receiving the product, nowhere on the package does it state any of this. This product is for liver function and detox. Extremely misleading! I haven't opened the product, yet I can't get a refund. This is false advertising and is fraudulent and misleading.

These seem to be exactly what they say they are. They do have a pungent odor, but that's the Selenium. If anything, it's another sign that you have a quality product. The ingredients are great. I'm happy to have a natural supplement instead of a medication. I have not noticed any taste when taking these. They seem effective enough. They're a bit expensive though.

I am in post menopause and asked if this product would help with all the crazy that comes with menopause. I really wanted this product to work for me. First I want to say the taste and smell are not the best but because I had faith in this product, I tolerated it. By the 2nd day I woke up with such a bad headache, nausea and vomiting. I looked up these side effects side effects and read these could be side effects. So I decided to start slow. One tablet for a few days and move up to 2 tablets a few days later. 2 tablets felt a headache but no nausea. Once I started 3 tablets, again I woke up with a headache, and dry mouth. Unfortunately I can’t take this product. I really wanted this to work.

This supplement really helped me feel more balanced. My energy is better, cravings are way down, and my period was a lot easier to get through. No side effects for me, and the capsules are easy to take. It’s a bit pricey, but honestly worth it for how much better I feel.

As soon as I opened the bottle I could smell a bad smell. The pills taste like they smell. We’ll see if they actually work, but I won’t buy these again. Too expensive and you have to take 3 pills a day! Update: I received a refund. Continued taking the pills and they are working. The problem is they are so expensive and it’s not even a full months supply and I just can’t afford them. Currently looking for something similar.
