I did not open this immediately, as I still had my previous product to use up. But when I opened it a few months later, it was already as hard as a rock, but still with many months before expiry. Just a brick of powder! But too late to return by then, so I had to throw it out, as my attempts to make it powder again did not work 😓 Good ingredients though, so it’s a shame.

Even if I closed the lid properly it still dried out and became hard as concrete.. had to throw the whole batch. Maybe try to make the pot more air tight or add some air drier. Product was good tho

The product is great but the powder form is a problem if ordering in Dubai. Even in winter, it's all compact on arrival. Like a brick. Not powder. Querying it also condenses due to heat moisture. Unfortunate as powder form is easier than swallowing pills.

I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS for over 10 years now and told a few years back to start taking Inositol. I tried a popular brand in the UK but it didn’t have the reported good effects so I stopped. After researching the benefits I decided to find other brands and came across this. The formulation is different, with the strength being higher and the additional vitamins such as B12, B6 and Zinc. I have noticed a significant difference with appetite and my PCOS symptoms. It’s still early days but it has shown a better effect. Aside from this the taste is pleasant and it’s easily mixed in a small glass of water. I have found this works best alongside a healthy diet and other supplements such as magnesium.

Ich nutze das Pulver seit einigen Monaten im Alltag und habe es in der vorgesehenen Dosierung getestet. Positiv aufgefallen ist mir vor allem die Wirkung mit Bezug auf das Ausbalancieren der Hormone, die bei mir persönlich schon nach kurzer Zeit spürbar war. Die Handhabung ist unkompliziert, der mitgelieferte Messbecher macht die Dosierung sehr einfach und ich finde die Pulverform sehr angenehm, da man schon genügend Vitamin-Tabletten einnimmt. Für meine Nutzung erfüllt das Produkt seinen Zweck absolut, ich kaufte es, da ich über den positiven Effekt von D-Chiro und Myo Inositol auf die Eireifung las, insbesondere bei schwierigem Hormonhaushalt, PCOS, Endometriose usw. Was soll ich sagen- nur zwei Monate nach täglicher Einnahme wurde ich endlich schwanger- und das nach einer langen Zeit, in der es vorher nicht geklappt hat. Dies mag vielleicht ein Zufall sein, ich empfehle jedoch seither allen meinen Freundinnen, die schwanger werden möchten dieses Produkt- denn den Hormonhaushalt wieder in die Balance zu bringen und zu unterstützen, ist für einen Kinderwunsch in jedem Fall hilfreich. Insgesamt eignet sich das Produkt sehr gut für alle Frauen, die mit wenig Aufwand und maximalen Ergebnis ihren Hormonhaushalt unterstützen wollen und sich evtl. auch mit dem Kinderwunsch Thema auseinander setzen.

After trying so many supplements on Amazon with little to no results, this inositol has truly worked wonders for me. My periods had completely stopped for almost 2 years, and I had to rely on Provera to induce a cycle. I was diagnosed with PCOS, which made everything even more frustrating. I started using this product in September 2025 and continued through October, and since then my periods have been coming on their own without Provera. I’m still using it, and I’m honestly so grateful for the results. To add to that, I’ve also lost weight while using it, which was a huge bonus for me. Despite my PCOS diagnosis, this has been a total game changer. PCOS girlies, this could be your solution! I highly recommend this product, all I can say is stay consistent for good results.

Das Produkt an sich ist super, jedoch wurde das Inositolpulver bereits nach 3 Monaten steinhart. Man kann es überhaupt nicht mehr einnehmen, was für den Preis wirklich sehr ärgerlich ist, vorallem es wurde kühl und lichhtgeschützt gelagert, weswegen ich es nicht nachvollziehen kann wie es so hart werden kann. Das nächste mal bestelle ich mir Inositol in kapselform.
