These have great flavor, no after taste, Low Calories and great if you are having to add some protein with your diet. Add a little caffeine doesn't hurt. I hated they went up in price the following week and longer for delievery. I think these are made by Pepsi, so you know the quality is high!

These are amazing!! They taste just lukewarm they say. Rich and creamy. Prefect size and they have the extra protein to make it a go to snack if I haven’t met my protein goal for the day. Strawberry and chocolate are the best

I am so happy with this protein milk! The flavors are great and I can’t believe the macros. Only 90 calories, 20 grams of protein, 0 fat and one 1 g of Carbs. It is my go to beverage every morning!

My daughter introduced me to Spylt High Protein Milk when I was up in Washington state. I live in Texas and no one sold the brand. Much to my surprise when I saw them on Amazon, I jumped on it and ordered 2 boxes of 2. I purchased the variety pack so that I could try all of the flavors, the vanilla milkshake and sent a box to my daughter as a thank you. My favorite was the Peanut Butter…however all of them were excellent! Love the fact that there is caffeine, zero sugar (I’m a diabetic) and 20 grams of protein. The taste was outstanding with no after taste. I am going to be purchasing some more. However…this is why I gave it 4 stars. Nothing to do with the drink. The only downside was that the shipping box was poor and made with thin cardboard and the box’s seal was coming unsealed on both the top and bottom. It was marked “heavy”because I had ordered two dozen and it weighed over 16 pounds. Makes me nervous to order another two boxes. Just be careful on the shipping portion otherwise I recommend the variety pack so you can find your favorite!

These are so delicious! 10/10 recommend. I got the Cookies and Cream flavor and it tastes likes melted Oreo ice cream. So good. I am lactose intolerant and they don’t hurt my stomach at all. And the macros are crazy good, 60mg caffeine for 90 calories and 20grams of protein. And it tastes like a dessert! Definitely worth the money. $40 for 12 count is about $3 per can, like what you would pay for an energy drink anyway

I received the product, which I loved the first time I ordered. This second case was different, a little chunky like a Starbucks protein coffee gone cold. I did not know if it was safe to drink, so I came back on amazon, and contacted the manufacturer. They told me that this sometimes happens if the product freezes, which surely happened as the weather was in the 20s. The company was amazing, they immediately with out me asking offerred to send me another case. The customer service person, Rebel kept communicating with me, letting me know when the product shipped, and then followed up with me afterwards to ensure the product met expectations, which it did. I was very impressed with the response and resolution. I will continue to buy the product, which I adore. It is thin, like milk, not thick like a shake, has only 90 calories, 20 grams of protein, and I use the max caffeine option, and tastes amazing. I can't wait to try some of the other flavors. Hopefully they will make others that are max caffeine as well.

I have been drinking this for the last 3 to 4 months every morning. I have one. And the taste is amazing, it is not gritty. It’s smooth and it’s delicious. I do not have any stomach issues after I drink one which is a big thing. I highly recommend these. The chocolate milk is my favorite and every once in a while, I will enjoy a peanut butter chocolate one.
